Really nice technicians, were very attentive to my requests. Pedicure felt a bit rushed but I’m very happy with the quality of it nonetheless.

Lovely staff. A great eyebrow thread. Little clarity about what a mini pedicure actually includes. This is in the paper menu of the venue but not on Treatwell, so was unable to see as no website for the venue. This detail needs to be on Treatwell.

The team are always friendly and welcoming and make what is typically a painful experience as painless as possible. I was almost 10 minutes late for my appointment at the end of the day however they had no issues in still seeing me. Highly recommend.

I have only been to Runaya twice but would happily go again, good value, skilled technicians and very accommodating. I arrived late because my train had been delayed and they pulled out the stops to make sure my manicure was finished on time.
