Great experience and lovely half set of lashes

I have been to the Salon three times: each time I made the same booking online: £7 eyebrow threading and £25 pedicure. Each time, when I went to pay, I was charged more- £42 if I recall correctly. Each time I contested the charge. This last time, the woman at the desk insisted I had to pay £37. There was a loud conversation between floors between her and the lady who did the work, in their language which I don't understand. All very rude and I told her I wasn't coming back.
