This was my first ice laser experience and I would highly recommend anyone seeking to do hair removal to take it up. Rupal was not only kind, and welcoming upon my arrival but she made me feel extremely comfortable especially as I have not done any type of laser treatment before. She was able to put any concerns I had to ease, and answered my queries clearly.
