There is always laughter when I go to have my hair cut. That is not to say they are not professional. The team are so friendly and put you at ease. I have very thick curly hair which tends to frizz. Emma has been fantastic as I have had exceptional short hair for 40 years but Emma has taught me how to love my curls. Highly recommend
