Although I felt my fine, limp hair could benefit from a perm I was nervous about having one, as few salons do them nowadays. From the initial consultation I knew I had made the right choice with Rupert Hayes. They took care to find out exactly what I wanted and I felt they knew what they were doing. Emma talked me through each stage of the process as she permed, trimmed and styled my hair. I felt completely confident in her skill. All the staff are extremely pleasant.I wasn’t left to wait at all

Really odd experience, came here because of the good reviews but left feeling like they didn't really know what to do with my hair and didn't care that much either.

All staff really lovely, especially the lady at the front desk. Probably the best place I've been so far to get a fridge done. Appreciated the advice and care the stylist gave me.
