Even though my appointment time had to be moved, the salon was really accommodating and gave a free upgrade to Rupert, who was the loveliest! Seemed like it was one of the busiest days they’d have and was a bit hectic but think it’s sign of a great salon/staff that even in their potentially most stressed the experience was still lovely. Will definitely go again and definitely recommend
