I had such a great experience at Rupert Hayes. Each individual member of staff went above and beyond with their clients I noticed, making everyone's experience personal and enjoyable. I had Emma cutting my hair and came away with looking and feeling great! She helped in giving me her personal opinion as well as reassuring me in my choice of style! Couldn't recommend more!
