I recently had 12 inches of hair cut off. I had seen 3 different hairdressers and I wasn't satisfied with any of them, the layers weren't right and the style wasn't what I asked for.
Rupert immediately identified the areas of my hair that I wasn't happy with and set about putting it right. Now I have a hair cut that suits my hair type, is easily manageable and doesn't make me want to scrape it into a ponytail. Worth every penny

I always love going to have my hair done at Rupert Hayes with Emma but this was the first time I’d had a full cut, style and colour. Emma was so helpful in suggesting new suitable colours and styles whilst also maintaining my usual look which is what I wanted. I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair before, as someone with thick curly/frizzy hair I have struggled to get a more glossy look but now a lot of people are telling me how shiny my hair looks. Couldn’t be happier!

I have been going to Rupert for years and have never been disappointed! All the staff are so lovely and very professional…
I always have a cut and blow dry with a half head of highlights, my colour I just love and the cut is always spot on!!!!! X
