I'd never been to Rupert Hayes before, so I booked in for a colour consultation first. By the time I walked in for the actual appointment, I was completely confident in Emma's skills. I'm thrilled with the results - and Emma kept me involved the whole way through, allowing me to make decisions that ultimately saved me money. I truly believe she was more interested in my happiness than making more cash. The venue was also great, everyone was really friendly and the appointment felt really quick.
