Superb experience and a hairdressers that cares

They weren’t able to do what I wanted so my experience in the salon was a 5 minute, quite disappointing consultation that cost me £10! I understand I needed to pay for their services but I was charged £2 per minute for a conversation. I had no actual treatment. Just slightly frustrating; this is not the salon for you if you have longer hair and are wanting a perm as they will suggest cutting into a bob or nothing.
