Rupert and the team are excellent. Listen to the customer, take care to look after me and listen to what I want. Never had a bad experience, always get compliments and I have my hair cut every 6 weeks with Rupert plus colour and hi-lites.

I'm very happy with both the visit and the result. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and helpful. She did exactly what I asked for, without chopping too much of my hair off. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you!
