I had never been before, i found it difficult to find at first, i sat down and i was advised what would be the best colour for me i was happy for the advise. I liked my colour i had low lights with balayage. The blow dry was not as good as i had at a previous salon the week before. The thing that really stuck with me was how arrogant my stylist was with the Student Stylist "get me this" " mix me that" no manners at all. The stylist was very pleasant to me i personally just did not like the environment.
