Really happy with my cut and colour. It was a long process as my hair had not been seen to since before the pandemic but they did an amazing job and I am really happy with how it has turned out.

I had my hair cut by Emma back in 2019 and remember then how impressed I was by her ability to understand what I wanted without me saying much.
So when it was time to sort the lockdown mess, I was very much looking forward to getting back to Rupert Hayes and Emma.
After a consultation, I was reminded of Emma’s natural ability to guide the plan with confidence and conviction without much from me!
In total I spent 3.5 hours in the chair, but it seemed to go in the blink of an eye. HAPPY!

I really enjoyed my visit today. Had a great haircut from Emma who gave me exactly what I was after and explained what she was doing and how it would work with my hair type. She was so thorough - super precise with my fringe...The products they used smell great too. I'll definitely revisit! Thank you!
