I left with hair that was soft, rejuvenated and curled to perfection. Emma listened and advised whilst cutting my hair but didn't push me as other stylists have done in the past. Ellie washed my hair with care and gave a head massage that left me with goosebumps! Sally made me a lovely cuppa and sorted me out at the till and Ruppert himself was there and kept conversation flowing with a woman with strikingly coloured hair. Honestly such a lovely place and I didn't pay a penny more that I booked because they had clever bookings for long hair. I didn't get my hair coloured here but Emma still gave some advice on how it would fade and what to expect. I don't get my hair cut often but this will be my number 1 choice in the future. Wouldn't change a thing! I look forward to seeing this lovely, dynamic team next time :3 Thanks guys ❤️

Lovely place for a haircut .,staff especially megan was very very friendly and professional.. took a long time to do my haircut the way I wanted .. she was very understanding and cooperative as well as being skilled and did a fantastic job. Would love to go a second time and thinking of a balayage now.:)
