Thankfully the head stylist saved the haircut but the student was very nervous and made a mistake. Also i noted that no heat protect or any styling products were used after the cut.

Called salon & spoke to gentleman who was courteous & professional -appointment made with no issues .
On attendance same professionalism with a touch of friendliness .
Options explained and fears allayed.especially was pleased and relieved to note that the trainer/teacher…was on the ball ..attentive to students needs and clients -supported students yet also by his constant watchful presence ensured we had excellent cuts.The ‘trainer’ was obviously adept and highly skilled at his trade/job.

It was my first time having a haircut with Rush and I didn’t know what to expect. But I was really impressed with the Elie Mae who sshampooed my hair- she was very kind. And Aram did a great job cutting my hair. So I would definitely come back and also recommend.

I had my hair balayged on the 31st by I believe her name was Danielle (apologies if I got it wrong). I always feel terrible when I get my hair done because I have long, thick hair which often means that I'm in the chair for twice as long as a normal appointment so the stylist is doing twice as much.
However, Danielle was very friendly and reassuring and professional! This was probably the smoothest balayage appointment I've ever had in my life & my hair looks fantastic! Definitely recommend!
