I was very pleased with the outcome, my hair’s exactly like the photo I showed my hairdresser. I would definitely go back. Be mindful the appointment might overrun a bit but it’s because the attention to detail is insane! You feel very looked after!

The two trainees who did my highlights were excellent. My issue is that I booked and paid for highlights and a haircut, but they didn’t have time to cut my hair. When I explainec the situation to the supervisor and asked if I could make another appointment for my haircut, she said I’d have to book it on Treatwell, but I can’t do that without being charged again. I’ve emailed the salon twice and nobody has got back to me.

It’s always a great haircut with really clear communication! The students are already professionals and then well guided. It’s worth knowing that instructors can be a bit sharp (though very friendly and helpful) and that haircuts can take longer than advertised (especially if you have for eg. curly hair). I don’t get my haircut anywhere else!
