Good experience overall. Wonderful highlights. Small part of head overlooked with toner, so will go back to remedy. Tina is exceptional as colour director overseeing all.

they are friendly and nice and I liked the hair cut they did, although the place wasn’t very clean I mean there were hairs everywhere.

The training staff was very focused and attentive. She was cautious which I appreciated and so ended up walking out happy after the leader/ teacher guided the last few bits of the haircut to polish it off!
Time expectations need to be adjusted. Treatwell said 1 hr, in the salon they said 1-1:30 hrs but it took 2.15 and wasn’t fully finished and had a rough blow dry. Leave plenty of time.
