Thanks to this awful place, I'm going to have to cut my hair that was past my waist into a short bob. They annihilated my hair on purpose. The balayage was awful & I deeply regret going here. If you want to pay to severely damage your hair then this is the place for you. I cant get a comb through my hair with conditioner on, its so fried its literally snapping off! Treatwell also has to do some due diligence of the vendors the works with, this is unacceptable!!!!!
