Unfortunately the stylist didn't introduce herself. She was, however, easy to talk to and suggested maybe trying a new style. She was apprehensive at first but did a good cut and blowdry.

Craig greeted me upon arrival and explained that all stylists would be supervised throughout. This gave me confidence. My stylist was brand new that day but demonstrated great people skills and talked to me throughout the cut. I would happily rebook!
