Monica was very careful and diligent in her cutting, and took extra steps which showed her consideration for the client's experience, and Craig really takes the time to guide and check on each student's work! Was a little rushed at the end because it was the end of the day but overall had a really good experience and would come back!

I asked for a simple trim and ended up with something completely different. They clearly don’t know how to handle Asian hair. Rudi, the stylist, was inexperienced and doing such a poor job that I had to stop him. The manager then stepped in, but he wasn’t happy about it. I enjoyed going to Rush Academy. Molly was very sweet and precise when she cut my hair. She’d check in with Craig every so often to make sure things were ok. It did take a bit longer than I expected but if you have time and you don’t want to spend a lot on a haircut then it’s so good. Funny, charming people all doing really well
