The welcome was very professional, where all was explained and I was guided very considerately and politely to have my hair washed and then to the chair where my stylist discussed my needs and looked at some photos I showed her. She was very particular and careful to keep me updated during the process. Craig is always around to lend a word of encouragement and a helping hand if needed - which is very reassuring. The result is great. 10/10
