Extremely pleasurable experience. I was warming greeted by Craig. He then handed me over to Michael who went through with me as to what style I wanted. He knew after a few words exactly what I wanted. Lauren, my stylest was very warm and chatty. She was very easy to talk to - even whilst chatting she carried on with the style. She did an amazing job which I was very, very pleased with. She does a lovely head massage - pure bliss!

Lovely experience, I had Holly as my hairdresser and she did a great job on my balayage and haircut. I was skeptical before going here as it’s ‘students’ but I’ll definitely be returning again. Craig was also really nice and everyone was welcoming.
