Loved my haircut since it made my curls look a lot better. Hairdresser was skilled and confidently talked me through everything to ensure I received exactly what I wanted. The manager would observe the process and check in a few times as well, so I was in great hands!

The gals did a wonderful job taking me from brunette to a beautiful coppery shade with face framing! It took a little longer than the scheduled 2.5-hour slot, but I have a lot of hair and really appreciated that they took their time to do it right rather than rushing. Highly recommended and will book to come back for my colour services.

Esjona was brilliant! I have long Asian hair and she carefully cute into layers without losing too much length. Exactly as requested. With Craig overlooking I received the best results. Would highly recommend!

I've been going to Russ Academy for awhile.
Very good atmosphere and excellent support for the students, which gives a confident feel for both the student & client.
Craig works professionaly and deals with each student, giving the time they need.
I would like a bit more comfortable chair though 😉
