It’s well run with excellent teaching available at all times. The haircut & colour is explained & then checked with the teacher, every stage is checked so if for any reason something is not perfect it can be rectified asap.

Monica was very careful and diligent in her cutting, and took extra steps which showed her consideration for the client's experience, and Craig really takes the time to guide and check on each student's work! Was a little rushed at the end because it was the end of the day but overall had a really good experience and would come back!

I asked for a simple trim and ended up with something completely different. They clearly don’t know how to handle Asian hair. Rudi, the stylist, was inexperienced and doing such a poor job that I had to stop him. The manager then stepped in, but he wasn’t happy about it.
