Esjona was wonderful with the haircut. You do have to be patient as its a academy and the process is slower than a conventional salon but I enjoyed it.

This was probably the best haircut I’ve ever had. The consultation gave me confidence before we even started and the hairdresser paid great attention to detail the whole way through. The salon also has vegan shampoo, conditioner, and styling products!

The experience was just okay. The hairdresser took a long time to understand what I wanted, even though I showed her a photo. She kept suggesting styles that were completely different from what I asked for. In the end, I actually liked the cut, but when it came time to blow-dry and style, things went downhill.
She clearly didn’t know how to do a proper blowout. She told me she was afraid of burning me, which made no sense. I left the salon with my hair tied up and had to fix at home!

Great haircut. Hairdresser was friendly and had great attention to detail. Really happy with my haircut. It’s a nice friendly atmosphere in the salon, and the trainer (Craig) has created a positive environment for learning.
