I Wanted wash, blunt cut/straight across & blow dry 100% straight. After the wash, I felt part of my skull had been neglected, no fuss, she re-washed. I think shorter nails would help to feel skull! She was polite & efficient. I explained again how much I wanted cut off & a blunt cut. This was eventually achieved. I explained please dry it really smooth & flat, do not turn it under or in, I will not hold & I want it flat! This didn't seem to register, can't see if it's blunt!

Got a haircut from Julie and it was great. I have quite long and thick hair, so I definitely do not have the easiest hair to cut, and came in to cut quite a bit of the length off and Julie did an amazing job at it. Thank you so much :)
