It's always a treat to have my hair done at Rush Academy - the "students" are always friendly and keen to do a good job and the trainers are very knowledgable, experienced,friendly and happy to discuss options.
It was lovely this time to see Jeremy who I remember from the Academy as far back as when it was in Croydon. He's a very experienced colourist and a good teacher who, I understand, has recently rejoined the Rush team after 7 years away

I am extremely frustrated with Rush Hair Academy. I booked a half-head highlight for 17th Sept, was called last-minute that the student hadn’t arrived, and rescheduled for 18th Sept, taking another day off work. On arrival, neither Natasha nor the student was there, and no one could do my hair. Taking 1.5 days off for no service and poor communication is unacceptable. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking.

Janette was really kind and attentive to what I wanted and it looked. Additionally she had a great supervisor i think called Chris who was also kind, educative and also reassuring to the process.
