Gazina did my hair Pos: welcoming, caring, friendly. Neg: did not seem confident so made me nervous about it. However Craig supervised and very professional and massively helped my confidence in being there and trusting them. Andy was also present and helped.
Neg: took more than 1 hour over 2.5 hrs maybe so missed my opticians appointment. Pos: it was worth the wait as they took care and time in completing the cut did not feel rushed.
Did not get exact style wanted overall great experience.

Loved the haircut.
However the ‘1 hour’ on the booking is misleading- my last haircut from arrival to leaving was 3 hours. Previously it’s been at least 2, even for maintenance cuts. Would 100% recommend this place as the haircuts have always been great, as is the price point, but be aware you will need to carve out a substantial amount of time.

Always a great haircut, but you do need to put 2-3hrs aside as it takes a lot longer than the scheduled 1h.
