Thanks to this awful place, I'm going to have to cut my hair that was past my waist into a short bob. They annihilated my hair on purpose. The balayage was awful & I deeply regret going here. If you want to pay to severely damage your hair then this is the place for you. I cant get a comb through my hair with conditioner on, its so fried its literally snapping off! Treatwell also has to do some due diligence of the vendors the works with, this is unacceptable!!!!!

This was my 1st visit to Rush Hair Academy so I was feeling a little anxious. After the initial consultation the student required Tina the colour expert / trainer to suggest the formula mix after the initial consultation. The student applied the colour thoroughly. The hair wash process was a bit chaotic, not a relaxing experience. Thank goodness Craig decided to cut my hair! He understood my hair and after my fabulous cut and blow dry, the colour and finish looked lovely.
