Great experience! I am now a fan of this place, love to be able to help young stylist to improve their technic and training. Ambience is great and everyone is very professional and friendly. Had a great hair cut, just what I wanted. I will be back!

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait nearly 40 minutes to be seen. The appointment, which was supposed to last one hour, ended up taking two hours. They also canceled my sister’s appointment, which was scheduled before mine, showing VERY poor time management. Although the haircut was beautiful and different from the picture I showed, the student who cut my hair was extremely aggressive. She hurt me, caught my hair in the dryer, pulling out chunks. the trainer decided to cut my hair himself to teach the hairdressers how to cut my pixie style cut asmy hair was in dire straights from numerous bleachings and heat damage. Im super happy with my cut -he listened to what i wanted - indepth explanation to his trainees as he cut my hair -the trainees paid close attention to his technique answering questions he asked of them clearly and correctly - with a trainer like that i dont think you can go wrong so i strongly recommend giving them a try
