Sadly a bad experience. The academy should set an example to trainees where client’s request should be at least heard. To be told that to stay in my seat by the so-called ‘expert colorist’ trainer, and for them to go away with my stylist and pick the ‘right’ colour and toner for me, is completely the wrong way. And the whole colour and toner came up wrong! During the haircut, I did feel that the trainer wasn’t giving the trainee much focus. I could sense they didn’t understand. Wont go back

Got a wonderful haircut here, the student hairdressers are guided by expert hairdressers, who check on all their work. The hairdressers take a lot it time and care to ensure you're happy with the cut. It was a really nice atmosphere, very welcoming
