The cut took around 2 hours which felt slow but the result was good

Was kept waiting for 1 hr and 30 mins and told I cannot be seen. I would have appreciated being told in 5 mins that the colour I want cannot be achieved. I did not get a refund of £80. The customer service was not good. This wasted my time as I took time off work and travelled a distance.

It's such a joy to book in for a hair cut and style at Rush Academy. The stylists are always managed and guided but such 'A Class Talent', I always leave the salon chuffed with the cut....Rush Academy, is the best place to pull up a chair and have a hair cut in Town.
