The hairdresser (sorry I forgot the lady’s name!) was really lovely, friendly, listened what I wanted for my hair. Other staff were nice as well although I have to say when I first came in they were having a training session and although the teacher did ask me if I was there for a hair appointment, she didn’t say if I should wait by the tables or go somewhere else so it was a little awkward for me in a way.
The director who supervised the haircut was very good.
I’ve had my hair cut at Rush Academy a few times now and have loved my hair each time. This time they were quite busy due to staff sickness so I did have to wait a while before I was seen. However, I think the wait is 100% worth it for the price you pay for a professional, quality hair cut. The staff were lovely and make you feel comfortable, I’ll definitely be returning for my next cut.
I have enjoyed Rush academy for a while. Craig is a brilliant teacher for cutting etc and Tina is great at Colour! She teaches them v well and is strict but fair.
Craig had to rectify my cut as my chin length bob was cut wrongly. Thankfully he sorted it out despite it ending up shorter than I wanted. But as Craig said “ you can’t stick it back on once it’s cut”….this student really needs to listen to Craig annd his advice. This would have avoided one side being longer than the other!
