Had my daughter haircut. He didn’t even bother to blow dry them and give proper shape. I have booked myself in another salon so they can fix it

Hi I got my roots done on the 29th of march and my root colour isn’t the right shade I’m a shade 1 and I I wasn’t given that colour my roots are now a brown colour when it should of been black u can clearly see the difference the service was good but the I was given the wrong colour for my roots
