The therapist was perfectly polite at all times. However, the quality of the treatment needs improvement. The nails were not properly prepped so the finish isn’t good. Cuticles were pushed back on my request and another trim of the cuticle required.

Great customer service unfortunately pedicure was not great.. I think mostly due to lack of professional equipment.. proper nail cutters big towels etc.
