paid for haircut, wash and dry. but while already being there I showed picture to Milu, he said I would have to pay for restyle extra. what I showed him was nothing special just cutting bit of layers. The treatment took exactly same time 30 minutes.

I would like a partial refund. Due to a terrible job with my lashes. It looks like I need a infill when I just left the salon. Both eyes look different and measurements is not accurate. I’ve already expressed the stylist. I’m so disappointed and I left in tears because I paid extra for an after 7pm pricing when I arrived at 6:45. So I paid over £80 for a job I would’ve done better at home.
