I would like a partial refund. Due to a terrible job with my lashes. It looks like I need a infill when I just left the salon. Both eyes look different and measurements is not accurate. I’ve already expressed the stylist. I’m so disappointed and I left in tears because I paid extra for an after 7pm pricing when I arrived at 6:45. So I paid over £80 for a job I would’ve done better at home.

I had a Nanoplasty treatment that cost £399, but didn't work. I originally booked for a botox hair treatment to straighten /de-frizz my hair that was much less expensive but was told that nanoplasty would be much better and could last up to 8 months. I followed the instructions given about washing etc but within 3 weeks my hair was just as frizzy /curly as before. When I complained and provided pictures I was told that they don't do refunds and that it must have been my hair. A total rip off.
