Had a great experience. The whole process was completely new for me. But I was taken care really well and all my doubts were cleared before the treatment started. They made me feel very comfortable through the whole process .

This gel manicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’m very fussy about my extensions and I was so happy with the result! The salon was beautiful and clean and Marion and Nataly were so lovely. And it’s been over 8 weeks and amazingly the gel is still on and hasn’t chipped!

It’s a real shame because I used to like this salon but the shellac manicure today was particularly disappointing. The description is misleading - this is a dry manicure where the technician first tried to file off my cuticles with a machine and made one bleed. She then cut them with nail scissors (rather than using a proper cuticle trimmer). She kept saying my cuticles were thin but I’ve NEVER had an issue with them bleeding before. With no water it’s a complete rip off for £50! Wont be back.
