Stella made me feel comfortable and was very professional while performing the treatment. She listened to what I wanted and was asking for my feedback to adjust the eyebrow shaping. I would def come back!

I usually have a great experience at London Mode. However, on this occasion they had clearly overbooked and my appointment started 30 minutes late. The staff then kept switching around to take over halfway through my treatments. The outcome of lash lift this time isn’t great, but it has been in the past.
