I paid for an organic nanoplastia treatment wherein I should be able to style my hair immediately & set to do whatever immediately after treatment. They gave me a biofrizz treatment, a form of keratin treatment. Not nanoplastia. I was price gouged for treatment not recieved. Selling or performing a keratin treatment while representing it as nanoplastia constitutes misrepresentation of service & prohibited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have reported them. Terrible.

Just had the most amazing deep tissue massage with Aisha. She had her work cut out as my shoulders and back were super tense and knotted, I was really in discomfort when I came in.
She put so much effort and targeted care into the massage making it her mission to really loosen all that tension I was holding.
Can’t recommend her massage enough, I feel really great and relieved of all my discomfort.
