This was my first time at Rush&Ry. I had nail extensions with BIAB including nail art with Asma. She was extremely professional and caring and took extra time to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Genuinely the best nails I've ever had!

Unfortunately got a really bad haircut (stylist was finished and I asked her to make my bangs just a touch shorter so I could see and she made them way shorter with no blending). I sent an email to the salon asking for some money back as I would have to go book another appt at another salon, and the manager took absolutely no responsibility and eventually ghosted me on email. Bad haircuts happen, it is what it is, but was even more disappointed with the service after.
