I arrived a few minutes before my appointment & the staff were mainly sat around doing nothing yet my appt started 10 mins late. They don’t do cuticles in the standard way of soaking them which mean it was not the most pleasant experience & also took double the time. The finish was fine but I wouldn’t recommend going there to anyone. To dry my nails I was told to wave them around in the air & a hair dryer was used rather than a nail dryer. Also expect to be 1 ½ hrs rather than a 45 min appt.
