Simmy is lovely and the treatment was even relaxing! The 3 stars are because another member of the staff gave indications to her in (in my opinion) a very rude way. It is an unsettling experience witnessing that and I wish that kind of communication didn't happen at all.

Good and thorough service at a lovely price, very friendly and helpful staff! Would suggest just going a bit more gentle on the cuticle work. Skin around my nails were scraped, didn't notice until I tried rinsing my hair in the shower with my fingers and it hurt.
