Asma did a really good job on my manicure and pedicure. Very detailed oriented and my nails look beautiful and super natural which is what I like. Not a fan of that bulky looking gel nail look.

First time trying BIAB. I wasn’t impressed by the process or the results. It was not in any way less damaging than regular gel polish. On top, the curing process using the led lighting was painful unlike regular gel polish. Either that or the manicurist was using too strong of a setting. Nails peeled off within 2 weeks. So definitely not worth the price which is almost double the regular gel polish

I’ve had a few lash lift here with Gabby and they were sooooo good, but unfortunately the lady I had today seemed a little inexperienced which has resulted in not a great lift at all. They’re not really lifted and I have a thick black line of dye across my lid Asif I’m wearing eye liner. She was lovely but I’m honestly really gutted.

The person giving my treatment clearly didn’t want to be there - I even said to her she didn’t have to do it if she didn’t want to. It made me feel so uncomfortable.
Took a picture of my feet without my consent.
The tools were not clean, remnants of peoples nails all over them.
I accidentally booked mani not pedi, pre-paid and spoke with reception who said not to worry. Despite hearing this- the technician tried to get more cash from me after. It was embarrassing and stressful
