i called up to reschedule my booking and this was accommodated for a fee of 10 pounds. I then arrived to the appointment 10 mins late to an hour appointment (i was in there for an hour) and was told I would need to pay an additional 38 pounds. This isn’t great but fine. Worst part is that the wax was so patchy hair left everywhere -i’m going to need to get another wax. And my brow tint left my brows really wide and jet black- my boyfriend sent me a gig of spock in reply to seeing them.
