I was disappointed with the experience & felt it was overpriced. I paid £50 for BIAB with extensions but was charged £20 for removal. I tried to cancel, but they told me Treatwell would then charge me. A technician damaged my nail trying to remove a split, and I ended up with just 9 nails done after paying over £75. The salon had limited color options, was cold, and staff wore coats. They offered to fix the nail, but I don’t feel comfortable returning. Overall, poor value for money and service.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. The salon was very clean and welcoming. The massage was good and steam was used on my upper back to help with the tightness.

Welcoming and the pedicure was good, felt like a lot of care and attention was taken. We did get started late and it took longer than I expected but I wasn’t in a hurry so that was ok. Pretty basin and comfortable massage chair.
