Not my best experience. Had a bleach and toner, asking for a fuller color - a beige blonde, specifically thinking that I don’t want to have my hair as light as I had it before. Instead, the lightest-white blonde came out. Cool colour, but not what I asked for. I asked for a blow dry to style my hair, to only be disappointed again - the brush used was way to big for my short hair and didn’t do anything for volume, shape - and it went off right after leaving the salon. I had to pay extra £35
