Sim is great and the quality of the products used is impressive. However I was asked multiple times about the payment (even though I had pre-paid the treatment on Treatwell), and the appointment was rescheduled before checking my availability.

Really enjoyed my experience at the salon, Pavi was very helpful and kind. Slight issue once I got home with my cut (not 100% straight - no biggie) but I guess that’s because I chose a dry cut! Will be coming back for my next cut of course
