First I want to say thanks to Simi that It’s really nice person. But not to Anu, when I arrived we saw the eyebrows I wanted Simi couldn’t do it, so I asked if was possible a refund. Anu was so rude, and not letting me talk, I think if u work in Hospitaly you can try to meet half way with a client and if you can find another solution. She was just rude. And told me that the manager are all busy to ask. Also they didnt make me the classic one but they are clusters and I paid £45 which is a lot
