I’m not sure about the venue. The therapist was very nice and it was a good massage.

Terrible is not even the word. Therapist looked very rough, place wasn’t clean at all, the fringe trim was an absolute disaster. My 6 years old niece can do a better job. It’s actually an issue if an hairdresser can’t do a fringe trim which is the easiest thing in the world.

Very happy with my appointment!I came in for root tint on a faded honey balayage and grey hair, and was very worried about the color being dark (as I've had this issue before). But Sim did a fantastic job and is a pro who advised me thoroughly!
