Will not be going back. She spent 15min on my haircut and this wasn't supercuts or supercuts prices. She cut off an inch but didn't do anything else I had asked her to do, like framing my face or doing layers.
Given she only spent 15min on my hair it doesn't surprise me but booking stated 1h haircut so this was disappointing to say the least. Will not be going back and absolutely do not recommend.
Am a regular customer. Lately, booking system seems to be non-functional. I booked on Treatwell as I always do. The first appmt was on a Tue evening at 8 pm. I got to the salon to find it closed. I rebooked another appmt yesterday. At 7.26 am I got a msg from Treatwell saying it was cancelled. Therefore I did not show.I then got angry, rude calls from Simran blaming me for not showing. I have been charged for the no show. I don't know whose fault, but not returning to the salon.
