I made an appoint for 1:45 for a 45 full body +15min head massage. The spa called me and said they were running late and I should reach by 2pm. So I reached by 2pm and was told they are still not ready but would take a few mins... so I decided to wait... but finally they were ready only at 2:45... so I waited for 45mins!!! I would normally not have waited this long. But I needed the massage today... anyway the massage itself was very good but lasted only 50mins... instead of 60mins that I had paid for. Also because it was so delayed in starting I couldn’t completely relax... as I had to go pick my daughter after school and didn’t want to be late. So I had to rush as soon as I was done. The staff was very apologetic for starting late... but 45 mins late is really not acceptable. Not sure I am going back there in a hurry.
