From my personal experience I will not be returning. My appointment started late, which normally isn't an issue, as I understand some appointments over-run. When shown into the treatment room the therapist confirmed what I was having (Hollywood), and then walked out and left me to get ready. There was no paper placed on the treatment bed and I wasn't given a towel to cover myself (especially as the door opens straight to the salon), all of this made me feel a little uncomfortable and the lack of paper seemed a little un-clean to me. The waxing process was okay, however when we came to the end the therapist told me she was done and walked straight out after pointing to the after gel to apply myself. No checking if I was happy. So after having a look at the end result there was still a lot of small (waxable) hairs left. I didn't see the therapist when I left the room and didn't feel comfortable talking to the receptionist about the treatment in the middle of a salon with other customers in. I understand that other people have had a great experience at this salon, it's just unfortunate that I was not one of them and will not be returning.

Slight mixup with the booking as I booked for two treatments at the same time for me and a friend using my account but on the system it only showed up as one booking/treatment even though I had an email confirmation and txt messages for 2 appts.
My therapist Natasha was so accommodating and really looked both of us AND we were both able to have our treatments together! Gave 4 stars mainly because of the booking issue we had. As a therapist myself, I would like to suggest this treatment included a quick foot massage/cream application to end the treatment - then it would be perfect! :-)
Paraffin Wax Treatments
It was a very delightful experience. My beautician was very patient and she was always checking on me to make sure I was ok. The waxing was painless even the Hollywood waxing was relatively painless and this was my first time ever trying it. My beautician made sure there were no hairs left she even got those short stubborn hairs and now I am hairless in the places I booked to have done. Thank you so much for making it a wonderfully pleasant experience. I will definitely come back for many more waxing session.
