Terrible, lady clearly couldn’t be bothered. Service was so bad and the lashes are all over the place. She didn’t even let me look at them before she left the room and didn’t come back. I would avoid.

Bang sha wellness didn't have the person who could do my threading. I made the booking for waxing and threading two weeks in advance. The person who was managing didn't inform ahead of the appointment and told me only after I reached that they can't do threading right now. She behaved as if she is doing a favour by getting my waxing done and she was like oh you life nearby and you can come back again at 2pm for threading or I will ask treatwell to return your money. I strongly told her that I'm not leaving and I will get my eyebrows done. Now onwards I will reconsider my choice on beauty parlour. Also to note I have been their repeat customer for last six months and I just felt there is no respect or care for a repeat customer. Really unhappy today.
