Clean and friendly! Didn’t have to wait around, was seen as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Professional and friendly staff who made me feel at ease. Treatment room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be returning.

I will be making an official complaint as I was charged £150 for a cut, blowdry and highlights with the senior stylist Sandra. I had already paid £101.00 on treatwell but was told I had booked highlights for short hair...this wasn't even an option on treatwell nor was it an option on their website. I paid for a full hair as that or half head were the only two options. in addition I was there for almost 4 hours before the cut and blow dry had even begun when I told Sandra i wasn't happy with the colour. she then stormed off and the receptionist cut my hair. this is unacceptable when I had laid for the senior stylist as well as it being unprofessional. the staff then started having a verbal fight in front of me, the manager was cold and generally quite aggressive with me.. despite the fact he offered me another appointment I do not feel comfortable coming back. all in all very disappointing. didn't even get the blowdry!
