Management has changed: staff has changed and prices are almost doubled. That’s probably the reason that the shop is not as busy as it was; it’s rather empty.On top products have changed and the last time that i had my roots done was not that great; was rather disappointing.
Thought to give it another go by using my own tint.
Happy to have found Sandra. Sandra’s passion and expertise, helped not to lose another customer. Sandra actually provided the best service that have received so far.I used to give 5s but now i am giving a 3 as there is room from improvement from the management side of things. Another area of improvement are the fluorescent brick walls & stickers.

Not so happy with my visit. I had to wait 40 minutes as she was running late. I first waited 15-20 minutes to first get served, got my hair washed, then had to wait another 15-20 minutes to finally get it cut. I only wanted a simple trim with a little bit of shape up, however my hair got ruined. It was pretty rushed because she was running behind with her schedule.
