the staff is really nice, punctual and the shop is very clean. However, I am very disappointed with the haircut received. It took only 5 minutes and I still have split ends (that it was my only request)

Yuyi was friendly and polite. She listened to what I wanted and took her time with the haircut making sure that I was happy and that it looked right.

I was really pleased with my cut and blowdry. My hair isn’t the easiest of hair to deal with but the stylist had similar hair and knew what she was doing. She was a little rough at times with the comb and hair washing. I also thought the green decor/shopfront was a little dated and didn’t match the quality you offer. Overall though I was happy with me hair and would re-visit.
