First I want to say thanks to Simi that It’s really nice person. But not to Anu, when I arrived we saw the eyebrows I wanted Simi couldn’t do it, so I asked if was possible a refund. Anu was so rude, and not letting me talk, I think if u work in Hospitaly you can try to meet half way with a client and if you can find another solution. She was just rude.
