I had my waxing done by Moon and she was absolutely excellent. From start to finish, she made sure I was comfortable and talked me through each step. Her attention to detail was amazing, she didn’t miss a spot and was so thorough throughout. The treatment was smooth, quick, and as pain-free as possible. She’s clearly experienced and takes real pride in her work. I felt completely at ease with her and left feeling super happy with the results. Highly recommend Moon if you’re looking for someone

I recently had a waxing appointment with Rhea at the salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. The process was quick, clean, and as comfortable as waxing can be! Rhea paid close attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the results before I left. the nail station looked dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The tools used (like the nail file) also looked like they had been overused. The treatment itself was mediocre at best - Rhea was not thorough, left air bubbles on the nails and missed some parts. She hurt one of my nails and when i told her so she said “yeah i can tell you have sensitive skin”. 6 days later, my cuticle is still bleeding and leaking pus. Considering the prices they charge, this was the worst manicure EVER!
