the nail station looked dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The tools used (like the nail file) also looked like they had been overused. The treatment itself was mediocre at best - Rhea was not thorough, left air bubbles on the nails and missed some parts. She hurt one of my nails and when i told her so she said “yeah i can tell you have sensitive skin”. 6 days later, my cuticle is still bleeding and leaking pus. Considering the prices they charge, this was the worst manicure EVER!
